1. Services

Wax Me Up provides professional waxing services for women and men at our salon locations in Amsterdam and Haarlem. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location and specialist.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our website.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling is possible up to 12 hours in advance. If these rules are not followed, the full appointment price will be charged.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or canceled appointment.

3. Payments

• We accept iDEAL, debit/credit cards, and cash (in-store only).

• All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Any promotions or discounts must be applied by calling us.

4. Membership & Offers

By becoming a member, you agree to receive exclusive offers and updates via email. Membership is free, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you're unhappy with your experience, please contact us — we’re committed to making it right.

6. Health & Safety

• Inform your specialist about any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns before your appointment.

• We maintain strict hygiene protocols for your safety and comfort.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if it may pose a health or safety risk.
